It does not have to be perfect
The visit is to understand the farm — not an audit. The more you have on hand, though, the faster we can move from talking to structuring.
Useful to gather
A list of main assets (buildings, machines, vehicles), an estimate of livestock or crop where relevant, existing policy details if you have them, and any security or fire prevention you already have.
Location and access
A clear address or GPS helps us plan the visit correctly. If there are gates, access codes or meeting points, mention them beforehand.
- Main asset list (even rough)
- Existing policy (if available)
- On-farm contact number
- Address / GPS for the visit
